Our Policies   Security Deposit
  Pet Policy      
 
  • Pets are handled on a case-by-case basis. If permitted, there is an additional $15 pet fee (per pet) each month.
  • Cats are generally permitted, however, they must be either spayed or neutered, declawed, restricted to indoor living, and litter boxed trained.
  • Dogs over 25lbs are generally not permitted. Dogs which are permitted must be crate trained and remain in their crate when the owner is out of the apartment. They must be spayed or neutered, and require some type of socialization training such as basic obedience.
  • Birds are generally accepted but must be caged.
  • Fish are generally accepted but no oversize aquariums are allowed.
  • We do not allow insects(spiders), reptiles, ferrets, and rabbits.

Security Deposits          
 
  • Security Deposits are one months rent, due within 24 hours after the unit is offered to the applicant. The first months rent is due in full at the lease signing.
